Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the paternal grandmother. 2. Sri Y. Phani Babu, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the minor child attained majority. Making the said submission, he states that in view of efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
