In Re: CAN 1 of 2025
1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 07.01.2025 as passed by this Court in WPA 2686 of 2024.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that probably due to typographical error in paragraph nos. 6, 7, 8, 9. 10 and 11, the ‘respondent no. 4’ has been typed as ‘respondent no. 6’ and thus, an appropriate order may be passed for correction of the same.
3. On behalf of the respondent/State, it is submitted that appropriate order may be passed in terms of the prayer as made in the interlocutory application being, CAN 1 of 2025.
4. On perusal of the aforementioned paragraphs of the
order dated 07.01.2025 as passed by me, it reveals that there are sufficient merits in CAN 1 of 2025.
5. Accordingly, prayer is allowed.
2

7. Department is
directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 07.01.2025 as passed by me in WPA 2686 of 2024 forthwith.
8. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated
