GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 4 to 6 at the instance of respondents 7 to 10 in repeatedly insisting petitioners to appear before their authorities and yield to the terms of respondents 7 to 10 by delivering petitioners' church properties namely 1) The Emmanuel Gospel Church, Rajupeta, Near National College, Machilipatnam and 2) The Emmanuel Gospel Church, Moallavolu village, Guduru Mandal of Krishna District and in repeatedly insisting me to appear before the 4th respondent for being bound over for maintaining peace and good behavior, without there being any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioners' personal life, liberty and properties.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint of Respondent No.8, a case in Crime No.97 of 2020 has been registered against the Petitioner No.1 for the offences under Sections 376, 354-C and 506 IPC. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Ms.Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 3 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
