2 (HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE BIBHU DATTA GURU)
Order on Board 06/05/2025
1. This Contempt Petition has been preferred due to non compliance of the
order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 261/2023.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 by placing a communication dated 05/05/2025 submits that an amount of Rs. 8, 59,958/- has been released to the petitioner in compliance of the impugned order.
3. The said fact has not been disputed by the petitioner in person. However, she has raised objection with respect to the quantum of amount and submits that the calculation has been wrongly made.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the notification placed on record.
5. On perusal of the communication dated 05/05/2025, it appears that the
order of this Court as well as the order of the Supreme Court have been complied with. If the petitioner is having any grievance towards the quantum of amount, she may take appropriate recourse of law.
6. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. The rule is discharged. Sd/- Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU)
