This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent frequently by alternate days calling the petitioners come to the 3rd respondent police station stating that the 4th respondent alleged to made complaint and thereby mentally and physically harassing the petitioners for time to illegal arbitrary and principles of natural justice and pass...”
2. Heard Sri Naram Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Sri N.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.4.
3. This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction from the police not to call the petitioners by alternative days under the guise of the complaint which is alleged to have made by the respondent No.4
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Homes would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 would submit that the dispute between the parties is settled.
6. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
