Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that in view of involvement of the Petitioner in a cheating case, a case in crime No.974 of 2022 is registered by Saroornagar Police Station, Rangareddy District, who came to Vijayawada and took custody of the Petitioner’s father/Accused (A.1). In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum. Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
