He further submits that pursuance to the order dated 22/10/2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has submitted representation, however, the respondent authorities have not taken any steps with regard to the representation and no decision has been taken till date. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents. 3. From perusal of the order dated 22/10/2024 (Annexure C/1 herein), it appears that this Court has not directed the respondents No.1 & 3 to decide the representation whereas, it was expected by this Court that the respondents shall take a decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner. It appears that in spite of repeated requests made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities have not decided the said representation submitted by the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the respondents No.1 & 2 herein shall take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the respondents with regard to the order passed by this Court. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
