By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT 2 “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned orders dated 04.07.2023 (Annexure P/1 & P/2) so far as relates to the petitioner and order dated 08.05.2023 (Annexure P/3) and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at his present place of posting i.e. Central Jail, Raipur. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has expired, and in view of the said subsequent development, no effective relief can now be granted to the petitioner, as a result of which the present petition has lost its substratum and has consequently been rendered infructuous. 3.
