According to the petitioner, the 7th respondent has encroached the cart track pathway in the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner has already sent representation on 22.09.2025 to take immediate action. However, no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6, by referring to the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 07.03.2026 would submit that a notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has been issued against the 7th respondent. Be that as it may, it is for the 7th respondent to submit her reply to the notice issued under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905. If any such reply is filed, the authorities shall consider the case of the 7th respondent and pass orders on its own merits after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, 7th respondent and other interested parties. 5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
