The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Burmu P.S. Case No.30 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1891 of 2024 (S.T. No.627 of 2024) for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 354, 504, 379, 506, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned AJC-XX, Ranchi. On 21.05.2024, the petitioner along with co-accused persons assaulted Punam Kumari wife of the petitioner. It is alleged that the co- accused persons had burnt the private part of the informant. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
