JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA ORDER Date : 13.06.2025 1. Heard Mr. T. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner in all the above noted anticipatory bail applications. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that all the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court by order dated 27.01.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the they have appeared before the Page No.# 7/7 Investigating Officer of Dhubri P.S. Case No. 435/2024 and have cooperated in the investigation. They have also submitted all the relevant documents which they were directed to produce the before Investigating Officer. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Dhubri P.S. Case No. 435/2024 and has submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and there statements were also recorded under Section 180 of BNSS. He also submits that they have also submitted certain documents before the Investigating Officer. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that during the course of investigation, it was revealed that the petitioners are using forged documents and there are sufficient materials against them showing their complicity in the alleged offence. He opposed the making the interim bail as absolute on the aforesaid grounds 5. Though, there are materials against the petitioners in the case diary and since, the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have co- operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to them by order dated 27.01.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that they shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. 6. With above observations, these anticipatory bail applications are disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
