ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioners for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the aggrieved by the action of the Respondent No.3 in not taking any action against the un-official Respondents and not registering the case on petitioners complaint dt.04.08.2023 to the 3rd Respondent and complaint to his superiors dt.28.07.2023 as illegal, irregular, arbitrary violative of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and also offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official Respondents to take action against the un-official Respondents for their highhanded acts of criminal trespass and attacks as per law and pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that there are tenancy disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial respondents, petitioners sent a complaint through registered post, which is received by the Police, as per the contents, it revealed that the dispute is civil in nature, Police never called the Petitioners to the Police Station to settled the civil disputes, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioners are at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate Forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
