(Oral) By way of present contempt petition, prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for their having willfully and intentionally disobeyed the directions contained in order/judgment dated 16.05.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No. 3733 of 2024 titled as Akanksha Rattan Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr., whereby direction came to be issued to the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
2. Before cognizance of the averments contained in the petition could be taken by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Advocate General representing
2 respondents, apprise this Court that representation, which was ordered to be decided in terms of judgment, alleged to have been violated, has been rejected and as such nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.
3. While fairly admitting factum of rejection of the representation, Mr. Dushyant Dadwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that present petition may be disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his grievance at appropriate time, as stated in the order passed in purported compliance of judgment, alleged to have been violated.
