The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.04.2025, will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is 4. inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the respondents 2 to 5 to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 06.04.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, "BNSS”). 5.
