Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission of Engineering/ Pharmacy Diploma Holders into Under Graduate Professional f Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006 as amended by G.O.Ms.No. 43, Higher Education (E.C) Department, dated 11-12-2020 for admissions under APECET-2025 in so far as the Petitioner Institution/College is concerned. Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for petitioner submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4 4.
