Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Kindly issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari and kindly quash the impugned order dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure no.12) passed by the Court of learned Additional Commissioner (Judicial) II, Bareilly Division Bareilly in Appeal no. 182/2021 computerised case no. C202112000000182 (M/s. Samashti Infrastructure Private Limited versus Naresh Pal Singh and Others) in interest of Justice. (ii) Kindly issue order or direction to maintain status quo regarding Gata No. 372 area 0.185 hectare situated at village Makrandpur Thakuran, Tehsil Meerganj, District Bareilly in interest of Justice." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the orders impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
