The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. "Quash and set aside the Grant of Access permission Communication dated 15.11.2022 Annexure no.1 issued by the Chief Engineer (Rand B), National Highway and CRF, from the office of Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Regional Office, Vijayawada. b. Grant such other and further reliefs in the circumstances of the case. c. Grant the cost of this Writ Petition in the Interest of Justice and Equity." 2. Memo dated 25.9.2025 has been filed signed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition, which reads as under:-. “I, the undersigned counsel for the Petitioner most respectfully submit that, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41066 WP No. 1309 of 2024 the Petitioner and the Respondents have settled the dispute which is the subject- matter of the above-mentioned petition amicably. Therefore, proceeding further in this matter is not in the interest of the Petitioner herein. Hence, this Writ Petition is sought to be withdrawn by this memo. WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this Petition to be withdrawn; and accordingly dismiss the same as withdrawn in the interest of justice, fairness & equity.” 3.
