Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, he is yet to receive documents under section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, records reflect that an application under section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for discharge, was filed by the petitioner before the learned Sessions Judge, which the learned Sessions Judge after consideration of the materials on record was pleased to dismiss the same. The enclosures to the revisional application do not reflect that any statement of any witness has been made available to this court for reappreciation of the finding of the learned Trial Court. Mr. Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the state. A copy of the revisional application be made available to him. 2 In view of the paucity of materials enclosed along with the present revisional application, there is no scope for reappreciation of the finding of the learned trial court.
