Mr.S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned counsel representing the respondent has drawn the attention of this Court to the specific averments in the counter affidavit, wherein it is inter alia stated to the effect that pursuant to the order dated 27.7.2015, notices were issued by the Municipal Corporation and without placing any document substantiating their claim over the site in T.S.No.103/1, the Contempt Case is filed after lapse of 2½ years. He has also drawn the attention of this Court to the returned postal covers in support 2 CC_2037_2018 of his submission that the notices were served. The said counter was filed on 20.11.2018. 3. In the light of the averments made in the counter affidavit to which no reply affidavit is filed denying the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
