Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is permitted to approach the police and submit a fresh representation to the police. On receiving such representation, the police are directed to act in accordance with law.
