State of J&K and Ors.” and submits that the case of the petitioners is identical to the case of the petitioner in the aforesaid review petition. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material on record, this review petition is disposed of on the analogy of the order dated 15th April, 2024, passed in RP No. 47/2019, and it is clarified that if upon verification the respondents find that the petitioners have performed their duties and have not been paid the wages, the said issue shall be considered and requisite wages shall be disbursed to the petitioners.
