Further prayer has been made to direct and command the respondent authorities to release the petitioner. 4. Sri Rahul Asthana, learned AGA for the State produced before this Court a copy of the instructions dated 7.5.2025 according to which claim of the petitioner for premature release is not ripe as on date and cannot be allowed. The instructions are taken on record. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
