This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue with the Model Shop Makanpur No. B (Kha), Ghaziabad for the year 2025- 26 and demarcate the boundaries of Model Shop Makanpur No.A and Shop Makanpur No.B amongst the licensees of the two shops. 2. Submissions have been made that with regard to the issues raised in the petition, the petitioner has made a representation to the District Excise Officer, Ghaziabad on 23.04.2025, which remains pending and has not been decided and, therefore, the authority may be directed to decide the same with expedition by way of a speaking order. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to decision on the said pending representation. However, it is submitted that the representation needs to be addressed to the District Collector. 4. In view of submissions made, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of. 5. As the representation annexed with the petition apparently has been made to the District Excise Officer, Ghaziabad, the petitioner would make a fresh detailed representation to the District Collector, who is directed to decide the same within a period of three weeks from the date a copy of this order alongwith representation is filed by the petitioner by way of a speaking order.
