GP FOR REVENUE 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.15579 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the notice dated 18.08.2020 under Rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007. 3. In the impugned notice dated 18.08.2020, it was alleged that the petitioner violated the provisions of sub section (2) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 as transferee of the assigned land as detailed in the schedule. The similar individual notices were issued to all the transferees/writ petitioners, who are assailed in this writ petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioners submit their explanations, the same would be considered by the authorities concerned, following the due procedure. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioners are permitted to submit their individual explanations to the above said individual notices of the 3rd respondent dated 18.08.2020, enclosing all the necessary documents in support of their claim, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of such explanations from the 5 HBKM,J W.P.No.15579 of 2020 individual petitioners, the 3rd respondent shall proceed with the necessary enquiry pursuant to the above said individual notices dated 18.08.2020 separately, strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioners, upon verification of the records and the subject lands, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) months thereafter. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
