The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of CrPC for quashment of FIR dated 29.05.2022 bearing Crime No. 132/2022 registered against them at Police Station Suhela, District – Baloda-Bazar (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 147, 294, 323, 452 & 506 of IPC. 4. Learned State counsel states that charge-sheet has already been submitted. 5. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashment of FIR, but in the present matter charge-sheet has already been submitted, as stated by learned State counsel and there is no representation of behalf of the petitioner, thus, it is apparent that petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the matter. 6.
