Since the suit has not been decided so far, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit. 6. Having regard to the fact that suit was filed in the year 2012, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to Assistant Collector 1st Class, Kaladungi to make endeavour to decide Revenue Suit No. 22/1248 of 2012-13 at the earliest, preferably within fifteen months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
