ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent, SHO in interfering into the day to day affairs of the petitioner M/s. Vijaya Sal Resorts, A unit of Dhan Darshan Projects Pvt. Ltd., Manginapudi Beach, Tallapalem Panchayat, Bandar Mandal, Krishna District and consequently direct the 4th respondent, SHO not to interfere into the day to day affairs of the petitioner resort.…”
2. Heard Sri Venkateswarlu Posani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police are interfering in the day to day affairs of the petitioner’s resort without assigning any reasons.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that in the light of the interim Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 dated 17.08.2021, the respondent police are not interfering with the business affairs of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere with the business affairs of the petitioner, except by following the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
