1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner arising out of order dated 15/07/2024 passed by this Court in WPS No.7761/2023 & other connected matters.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there was statement of State counsel that the Committee constituted by the State Government has given a report SOURABH BHILWAR Digitally signed by SOURABH BHILWAR Date: 2025.05.07 10:21:00 +0530
2 / 2 favourable to the petitioner and the case of the petitioner would be considered in the light of the report given by the Committee so constituted by the State Government, however, till date, the case of the petitioner has not been considered by the State Government.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents as well as the pleadings.
4. Perusal of the order dated 15/07/2024 passed in WPS No.7761/2023 would show that the bunch of writ petitions were
disposed of on the basis of the statement made by the State counsel, however, liberty was reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach before this Court again by filing a fresh writ petition if the petitioner would feel aggrieved. It is clear from the said order that there is no direction or time limit framed by this Court.
5. In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty either to file a fresh representation or to approach the appropriate authority.
6. The petitioner may apprise the concerned authority with regard to the order dated 15/07/2024 passed by this Court in WPS No.7761/2023 & other connected matters.
