He submits, his client made representation dated 13th December, 2024 to respondent no.3. He seeks direction upon said respondent to sanction and disburse the payment. 3. Mr.Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation would be duly dealt with. 4. Respondent no.3 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 13th December, 2024.
