...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not passing on the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner, dated 06-10-2025 for mutation of the land admeasuring Ac.0- 69 cents in R.S.No.249/14 and Ac.0-95 cents in R.S.No.251/2, totaling to Ac. 1-64 cents, situated at Karagraharam Village, Machilipatnam (North) Mandal in the name of the petitioner is wholly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled for mutation of the aforementioned land in his name and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the Joint Collector, Krishna at Machilipatnam to consider and pass orders on the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner dated 06-10-2025 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the Respondents in not passing on the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner, dated 06-10-2025 for mutation of the land admeasuring Ac.0-69 cents in R.S.No.249/14 and Ac.0-95 cents in R.S.No.251/2, totaling to Ac. 1-64 cents, situated at Karagraharam Village, Machilipatnam (North) Mandal in the name of the petitioner is wholly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled for mutation of the aforementioned land in his name and pass….”
2. Heard M/s. Adapa Ramya Sahithi Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Though notice has been served on respondent no.6, he did not choose to appear. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the record, without going into the merits of the case, as the Writ Petition is filed for not passing any order on the revision petition filed by the petitioner, the respondent authorities, more particularly respondent no.2, are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 and

pass appropriate orders, after issuing notice to all concerned, within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
