Heard Sri. Kishore Kumar Dhodla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation. 3. During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader has furnished a copy of the letter addressed by the 4th respondent dated 02.12.2025, wherein it is stated that the amount payable to the petitioner was 4 VS,J WP.No.10280 of 2024 already paid vide RBI0902544369136, dated 30.03.2025. The said fact was also admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the fact that amounts payable to the petitioner were already paid as mentioned above, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
