Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the respondents more particularly 1st respondent in non-compliance of pending due MGNREGS Convergence Funds of Rs.10,21,962/- in connection with Material Payment Order MAT12369 dt.
17.09.2021 for providing Cost towards engaging skilled labour, semi-skilled labour, other materials and equipment charges including all other materials,M.BookNo.12B/MGNREGS/RWS/P/VJA2019-2020,M.Book No.15B/MGNREGS/RWS/P/VJA 2019-2020 for providing material for CC drains in Rayanapadu Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal respectively pursuant to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme (MGNREGS) grants towards cost for the material supplied by the petitioner under MGNREGS in Convergence despite issuing fund transfer orders in March, 2021 and keeping bills pending from the year 2021 as illegal arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice contrary to the Rules and Regulations of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 as contrary to the Settled principles of natural justice and further, offends Article-14, 19 of Indian Constitution and consequently, direct the respondents to comply with the above Measurement Books/Fund Transfer Orders by paying amounts along with interests at 18percent to the petitioner and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents to release the MGNREGS Convergence Funds of Rs.10,21,962/- in connection with Material Payment

ORDER:
Aggrieved by non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner for providing cost towards engaging skilled, semi skilled labour, other materials and equipment charges including all other materials for laying of CC drains in Rayanapadu Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, under MGNREGS scheme, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Heard Sri T.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authorities have paid the entitled amounts so claimed by the petitioner and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition.
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
