Satinder Gangwar & Others.) under section 23 D.V Act, Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad and dated 21.03.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 16, Ghaziabad in Criminal Appeal 55 of 2024 (Satinder Gangwar Vs. State of U.P) under section 29 of D.V Act, Police station Loni, District Ghaziabad. 3. Learned State Law Officer has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present proceedings on the ground that the order passed in an appeal under Section 29 of the Act, a revision lies in view of the full bench judgment of this Court in Dinesh Kumar Yadav vs. State of U.P.: CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 582 of 2016 decided on 17.10.2016. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the said judgment. 5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file revision. 6.
