Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief that he should be paid monthly pension from December, 2017 and according to return filed by the State, particularly, as per Para 11, he has been paid anticipatory PARUL MITTAL Digitally signed by PARUL MITTAL Date: 2025.11.26 10:45:00 +0530 2 pension from December, 2017. Therefore, the grievances as projected in the writ petition have been redressed by the respondents. 3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to revive, in case, any cause of action still survives.
