As against the same, the petitioner has already submitted Ext.P4 statutory appeal before the 1st respondent, which is now pending consideration. 2. Limited relief sought by the petitioner is to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the same, within a time frame. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the 1st respondent shall take up Ext.P4 appeal, if the same is received and pending, and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
