Kurnool at the instance of respondents No. 3 and 4, as illegal, arbitrary, unwarranted, unjust and also violative of Art. 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently SET ASIDE the impugned detention order dated 07-10- 2021 in Rc.No.C1/532/2021 passed by the 2nd respondent by ordering the petitioner's father Nallabanda Syed Ahammed S/o.
