(ORAL) The simple prayer made in this peon is to direct the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr.Divn.), Kharar to dispose of the applicaon for vacaon of ex parte interim injuncon (Annexure P-7) in Civil Suit No. 1084- 2022. Learned counsel contends that ex parte stay order was granted by the Court way back on 14.11.2022 and that applicaon for vacang the said stay as moved by peoner-defendant No.1 is sll pending for adjudicaon. It is further contended that an applicaon for amendment of the wri6en statement under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC was moved way back on 31.10.2023 and despite adequate opportunies, reply to the said applicaon has not been filed by the plainff ll date. Having considered submissions made by learned counsel, the present revision is hereby disposed of by giving direcon to the Court concerned to dispose of the applicaon (Annexure P-7) expediously by granng short dates.
