Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri Devi Shanker Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 5. 2. Upon perusal of complaint filed by the petitioner it is crystal clear that the dispute is of a civil nature between the petitioner and one Smt. Manju Lata Sonkar to whom the agency has been granted by the respondent authorities. The main extract of the said complaint is delineated below :- "शश्रीमतश्री ममंजजुलतता ससोनकर नने मजुझने धसोखता ददियता हहै और मजुझने मनेरश्री मनेहनत ककी कमताई सने बमंदचित दकयता हहै और पमंजश्रीकक त सताझनेदितारश्री दविलनेख कने बताविजजूदि , मजुझने लताभ कता दहस्सता दिनेनने सने इन्कतार कर ददियता हहै , इसललए, मजुझने अपनश्री दशिकतायत कने दनवितारण कने ललए आपकने पतास यह पत्र ललखनने कने ललए दविविशि हसोनता पडता। मम आपसने अनजुरसोध कर रहता हहमं दक कक पयता इस मतामलने कसो दिनेखख और गताम आमडता , पसोस्ट बरहनश्री, तहसश्रील चिमंदिदौलश्री. लजलता चिमंदिदौलश्री, उत्तर प्रदिनेशि मख शश्रीमतश्री ममंजजुलतता ससोनकर कने नताम सने चिल रहश्री उक्त एजखसश्री कता लताइसखस दनलमंदबत दकयता जताए और उन्हख अप्रहैल 2018 सने अब तक 50,000/- रुपयने प्रदत मताह लताभ कने सताथ 13,50,000/- रुपयने कने मनेरने पजूमंजश्री दनविनेशि और मजुझने मतानलसक पश्रीडता और पश्रीडता दिनेनने कने ललए 25,00,000/- रुपयने कता मजुआविजता वितापस करनने कता दनदिरशि ददियता जताए। मम दियतालजुतता कने इस कतायर कने ललए सदिता आभतारश्री रहहमंगता।" 3. In view of the above, there appears to be a dispute with regard to certain amount of money having been given by the petitioner to Smt. Manju Lata Sonkar. 4. In our view, this is not a dispute which can be sorted out by the corporation rather the petitioner should approach the civil court for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law. 5.
