Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the Tahsildar, Bakawand in respect of correction in the revenue records, however, till date, the application has not been decided and, therefore, this petition has been moved. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the application ought to have been filed before the concerned respondent, however, the application has been filed before the Tahsildar, as such, the petitioner has filed the application before the authority who is not competent to pass orders in respect of correction in the revenue records. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be allowed to file an appropriate application before the concerned respondent/authority. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned respondent/authority along with relevant documents while raising the grounds which have already been raised before the Tahsildar, Bakawand. The concerned respondent/authority shall consider the said 3 application of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law preferably within 60 days from the date of production of a copy of this order. 5.
