JUSTICE ANANT RAMANATH HEGDE ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus. The petitioner which claims to be the Union of Mysuru City Corporation submitted a representation to respondent No.1- Commissioner of Mysuru City Corporation. The said representation is dated 02.05.2024 marked at Annexure-B. 3. The petitioner - Union in the said representation has raised a grievance that some of the employees working in respondent No.1-Corporation have furnished false records relating to their date of birth and educational qualification. It is the contention of the petitioner that the representation has to be considered in accordance with law. 4. There is nothing on record to show that the application is dealt with in accordance with law. This being the position, the Court directs respondent No.1-Corporation - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25726 WP No. 32947 of 2024 to consider the representation marked at Annexure-B in accordance with law within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order . 5. It is made clear that nothing is expressed on the merits of the claim made in the representation at Annexure- B. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
