ORAL ORDER
1. The case of the petitioner-firm is that it purchased the property, which is the subject matter of the writ petition. Later, it realized the property that it purchased and certain adjacent properties had the same PID No.76-10-53. Hence, it requested respondent Nos.2 and 3-Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike to assign a separate PID number. As no decision has been taken by respondent Nos.2 and 3, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to assign a separate PID number to the property of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, upon instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed. Submission is placed on record.
