No representation for the petitioners and respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4. Revision is not maintainable inasmuch as the petitioner herein on an earlier occasion in Crl.R.P.No.116 of 2016 had invoked the remedy of revisional jurisdiction of the learned X Additional District and Special Sessions Judge for trial of SCs & STs (PoA) Act cases, Krishna at Machilipatnam against the orders passed in the revision. In view of the same, the revision is not maintainable under Section 397(3) of ‘the Cr.P.C’. 5. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.
