At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on Written Instructions would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the affairs of the Petitioners and respondent No.4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the affairs of the Petitioners and respondent No.4 except following due process of law.
