Learned counsel for petitioner has filed separate memos for disposal of the petitions as they have become infructuous, which read as under: In WP.No.17186/2023 "The Petitioner respectfully submits that the present writ petition was filed challenging order dated 11.07.2022 on IA 3 in IID No.07/2020 passed by the Labour Court, Mysuru at ANNEXURE - J to this writ petition. Now, award has been passed on 29.02.2024 in IID 07/2020 and Respondent has been reinstated in service with effect from 02.07.2024. In light of the above development, the cause of action no longer survives, and the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the writ petition as infructuous in the interest of justice and equity." - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31240 WP No. 17186 of 2023 C/W WP No. 25212 of 2024 In WP.No.25212/2024 "The Petitioner respectfully submits that the present writ petition was filed challenging award dated 29.02.2024 in IID No.07/2020 ANNEXURE - H. It is submitted that the Respondent has been reinstated into service and has been working with effect from 02.07.2024 as per ANNEXURE J & K to the writ petition. In light of the above development, the cause of action no longer survives, and the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the writ petition as infructuous in the interest of justice and equity." 3. Learned counsel for respondent does not have objections on the same. 4. The said memos are taken on record.
