Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the land which is allotted to the Petitioner in terms of the House Possession Certificate (Ex.P.5) is different from the land which is now occupied by the Writ Petitioner, which is shown in photograph (Ex.P.7). would submit that the Petitioner on the subject land in view of the House

5. Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Revenue has drawn the attention Pleader for of this Court to the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner (Ex.P.3) dated 07.04.2025 and would submit that the Writ Petitioner has never made such a submission even in the Representation only because the Writ Petitioner knew that the subject land is granted by the Tahsildar not covered under the House Possession Certificate (Ex.P.5).
6. This Court has perused the Representation dated 07.04.2025 (Ex.P.3) There is no averment by the Writ Petitioner that she has a vested right to run the business basing on the House Possession Certificate granted by the Tahsildar (Ex.P.5).
7. On the face of it, it appears that the Writ Petitioner has Court with unclean hands by stating false information that the subject land is covered by the House Possession Certificate (Ex.P.5). After perusing the documents, since this Court has already noticed that the Writ approached this Petitioner has never claimed any right basing on the House Possession Certificate (Ex.P.5) to remain and continue her business in the subject land, this Court is of the view that it should not show any indulgence, inasmuch as the Writ Petitioner did not approach tfle Court with clean hands.
8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order. as to costs.
