The Court made the following Order:
This writ petition is filed question the online rejection order dated
12.06.2025. 2. The contention of the petitioner is that he made an online application on 19.05.2025, for issuance of E-Pattadar passbook Cum Title Deeds and for online mutation in web land record. In the status report, the application was shown as ‘Rejected Beyond SLA’. The application has been rejected without any sense. The said orders are assailed before this Court. 3. On two (02) occasions, this Court directed the authorities to place the rejection order or at least the reasons for rejection. 4. The respondent authorities submitted instructions dated 21.11.2025. According to the said instructions, the respondents have considered the application filed by the petitioner and rejected the same. Surprising to see the instructions that, the respondents have not placed the rejection order or disclosed the reasons for such rejection. 5. Under these circumstances, left with no option, the rejection dated 12.06.2025 is set aside and matter is remanded back to the competent authority to consider and pass appropriate orders by giving due reasons. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
