Learned counsel for petitioners has relied on the proceedings issued by the District Collector on 25.10.2025 wherein the collector has considered the objections under 11(1) as against the preliminary notification and disposed of the objections with regard to the Ramakuppam Mandal but strangely, the respondent authorities has not considered the objections of the claim filed by the petitioners on 12.08.2025. Hence, the present writ petition. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has made submissions based on the instructions furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kuppam on 20.11.2025. In fact, as per the above said instructions, the Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Airport Development Corporation Limited has submitted a requisition in Form-I as per LARR Act, 2013 for an extent of Ac.481.998 Cents on 10.08.2025. In fact, earlier, the writ petitioners filed objections with regard to the rights and title over the property but it is beyond the scope of the authorities to consider that objection at that relevant time as per the Act, 2013 and the said objection would be taken into consideration at the time of award enquiry as per the Act, 2013 DR,J WP.No.32434 of 2025 4. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the objections filed by the petitioners at the relevant point of time and take appropriate decision. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
