The present application is filed to condone the delay of 25 days occurred in filing the Civil Revision Application. 2. The learned advocate for the petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.9.2023 passed by the learned 5th Additional Judicial Magistrate First Class at Ahmedabad (Rural) below Application Exh. 54 in Regular Civil Suit No. 322 of 2006 filed under the provisions of Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The applicant has stated the reasons for not filing the C/CA/4458/2024 ORDER DATED: 20/03/2025 application within the prescribed time at paras 3 and 4 of the application. It has been stated by learned advocate for the petitioner that the learned advocate for the respondent No.1 has orally informed that he has no objection if the delay is condoned. 3. Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant and having perused the application, the applicant has given reasons that the delay has been sufficiently stated in the application in paras 3 and 4. 4.
