When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police have filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime. In that view of the matter, the petition may be disposed of with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet filed by the police. 3.
