This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) To issue suitable order or direction for disposal of the impleadment application dated 09.12.24 ( Annexure no. 5) under order 1 rule 10 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 46 of 2012 Smt. Rampa Devi and others versus Radha Devi and others pending before Civil Judge ( Senior Division) District Varanasi forthwith." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had moved an impleadment application under Order I Rule 10 CPC in Original Suit No. 46 of 2012, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the impleadment application dated 09.12.2024 filed in Original Suit No. 46 of 2012, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
